As an admin, you can manually register a member to a program from the admin console.
Locate the participant's member details page
- Go to Manage > Members
- Use the filters to find to the member you are registering
- Click the member's name to be taken to their member details page
Select the program you are registering the member for
- Under PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS, select the program you are registering this member for. If you are registering a program staff member, use PROGRAM STAFF REGISTRATIONS instead.
- Click Add
Complete required registration form fields
- Select the type of role you are registering this member under
- Complete any required registration form fields. You may also edit the member's profile fields by toggling on the switch at the top
- Decide if you want to invoice this player, and if you would like to send them a notification email
- Click Save Player
All set! You will be redirected to the People > Players tab of the program you registered this member for.
