How to manually register a site member for a program

As an admin, you can manually register a member to a program from the admin console. 

Locate the participant's member details page

  1. Go to Manage > Members
  2. Use the filters to find to the member you are registering
  3. Click the member's name to be taken to their member details page

Select the program you are registering the member for

  1. Under PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS, select the program you are registering this member for. If you are registering a program staff member, use PROGRAM STAFF REGISTRATIONS instead.
  2. Click Add


Complete required registration form fields

  1. Select the type of role you are registering this member under
  2. Complete any required registration form fields. You may also edit the member's profile fields by toggling on the switch at the top
  3. Decide if you want to invoice this player, and if you would like to send them a notification email
  4. Click Save Player​


All set! You will be redirected to the People > Players tab of the program you registered this member for.
