This report is seen by the Org Account Owner as well as the Org Account Admin.
To locate and review the report follow these steps below.
Click on your name in the top right corner of the admin console and click "Manage Account".
Under the "Account Reports" box you will now see "Invoices" and "Transactions" have been added.
These will give you a detailed view of site wide invoices / transactions.

Export to CSV will pull all information into Excel for you.
